This was a typo for the RA, which should have been RA 4, not RA 5. This
can be seen as later in that same posting I report, verbatum, what the
MPC returned when I entered the 14.7 Mag that Sarah Mac claimed was the
limiting CCD magnitude range for this equipment.

Applogies for the typo, and also for calling the MPC the Monor Planet
