Planet X: Distance/Speed REVISITED #3

In discussing the Point of Passage in 1995,

the Zetas stated that Planet X traverses the solar system from one side
of Saturn's orbit to the other in 3 short months.  But slows to float
past the Sun due to the Repulsion Force that develops between it and the
Sun.

    When [Planet X] is passing your Sun it is moving 
    rapidly, the time spent within your outer planet Saturn's 
    orbit a mere 3 months.  ... Thus, when it gets to its 
    maximum speed, entering your Solar System, it bends
    in toward your Sun, after having veered outward 
    slightly, so that the angle is approximately 32 degrees.
     ... [Planet X] pulls down and away from your Sun 
    only at the last minute. This is reflected in time as 
    the last 9.7 weeks or 68 days. This is reflected in 
    distance as 1.2598 times the orbital diameter of Pluto, 
    or two and one-half times the distance from your Sun
    to this farthest known planet which you call Pluto.

Based on this specific information, 9.7 weeks ahead of passage it will
be 2.5 Sun-Pluto distances away, Robert worked up math to describe the
distance at any given week.
