This is correct.  The 3 hour or 1 hour long Sightings live radio shows
were NOT planned whatsoever in advance.  Certainly I had no advance
warning of anything Jeff might say or ask, and neither of us had any
warning when taking live calls.  The way live radio works is that you
get invited, you get called about 10 minutes ahead by the techies
adjusting voice quality, then you listen to hold music, and then you're
LIVE.  About 50% of the live time was spend taking calls.  Sometimes
e-mail questions or comments were taken by Jeff, and he could pick and
chose, but they were always an unknown to me.  Sightings, and the live
radio show blitzes that were done in 1999 and again in 2001 following a
ZetaTalk mention by Wireless News Service, picked up by cites around the
US, were completely unplanned.  

The reason for having an Agenda, as opposed to chaos, is so something
can be accomplished during the hour.  Follow-up questions are NOT
planned, and open to all at the chat. Note below in a sample of one of
the logs, the range of followup questions addressed.  If you want a
subject on the Agenda, send an e-mail.  As of this afternoon, I've had
none from Stig Bull or Bill Nelson, who are moaning about here on
sci.astro.

(NancyL) ZT: Re accidental deaths, Bill Cooper is a recent example.  He
warned about innocuation plans, in the past, and this brought a quick
knee-jerk reaction.  He was out and about with a gun in his hand, having
sensed this was about to occur.  Thus, his "arrest" resulted in his
death.
(NancyL) ZT: Re how many governments are aware of the approach of a
shift.  Few.  A half dozen are in the loop, with another dozen
suspecting but not told.
(NancyL) ZT: This is of course not a change from the status quo among
governments.  In the past, economic conspiracies would exist, be
suspected, but never proven.  
(NancyL) ZT: The CIA, working for the US as a democracy, has destroyed
and brought down many fledgling demoncracies, elected governments.
(NancyL) ZT: This is known, was known, yet the CIA never called to
account.  Those countries outside of the inner circle have been there
all along, so suspecting yet another conspiracy of silence is not
something they would loudly proclaim.
(NancyL) ZT: They have long since learned to live with this situation,
and understand that more information is learned from those closely
holding their tongues, who can be trusted to do so.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, the industrialized giants - the US, Britain, France,
Germany, Russia, and Japan are in the know.

Mexico, the EU.

disruption of the mechanisms during the shift.  Few are constructed to
