The statement has always been that viewing is improved if done by
infrared or filtering FOR the red spectrum, not that viewing is
impossible UNLESS, etc. Those are your words.

Please note the word INCREASE in my posting. A CHANGE in brightness at
the present time would require computer analysis of consecutive images,
per the Zetas.
