Planet X: Slowing Rotation 5 (Summary)

5. If the Earth’s rotation is slowing beyond what is being admitted,
   then we should find:

- the Full Moon arriving LATER and later, until one day it is noted to
  be a dramatic full day late (30.5 days, not 29.5)

- Equinox trend data published by the Navy may remain steady, but
  someone taking careful note of what day the Equinox arrives at their
  locale may note it coming LATE.  Difficult to measure unless one is at an
  observatory or on the equator.

- star constellations may NOT BE where they are supposed to be, as
  published by older charts, increasingly.  

- clocks and watches not automatically updated by the Navy’s atomic
  clock running FASTER and FASTER.
