It certainly gives the appearance that things could be done a little
more openly. Note that I did *not* make allegations about "foul
play".
Again, feel free to substitute the words "unaccounted-for" in place
of "missing".

Prez, here is the quote I was referring to:

The ones alluded to in the TT-Inc logs for July and August. I
quote from the July,2003 TT-Inc board meeting logs:
"(NancyL) Jan, you stated, above ' Total assets as of December 31,
2001, were USD 13.846. Don't we need to report the usage of the ~USD
12.000, and our current assets?'"
[Note to american readers: several european countries use decimal
places the way we use commas in numbers. The figurs above would
then read USD 13,846 and ~USD 12,000 respectively.]
