Site Inspection Report

TT Inc Board of Directors,

On February 2nd, 2002, I visited the Troubled Times premises in Wisconsin
and inspected the projects and the equipment. I can attest to that:

* The 2 Unix servers are operational and present on the site;
* The indoor chicken house and worm beds are fully operational;
* Seeds are properly stored in the acquired cooler;
* The hydroponics setup is partly operational;
* The fish tanks are currently not in use;
* All TT assets are present & available for TT projects at the site, with
  the exception of the tiller, which has been relocated according to the
  decision by the Board of Directors.
