Almost as old as the Constitution itself, the Insurrection Act of 1807 defines when the President can call up the military, a form of Martial Law. If a Governor fails to control lawlessness, the President can bring in the US Military. Q referred to this law on May 30, and days later it was much in the news as a possibility. Since the rioting seems to be in Democrat states and cities, what is the real agenda here? When President Trump must be forced into a basement bunker by the rioters, and the President’s Church across the street is torched, what is the real Democrat agenda here?

ZetaTalk Insight 6/30/2020: The day after George Floyd’s death occurred, horrifying the nation and the world, Q indicated that the Democrats would be activating all assets. The Democrats are lying in the media outlets they control, lying in the polls they manipulate, and they know without election fraud such as mail-in ballots they stand to lose in the 2020 elections. President Trump does not have the allegiances that the Democrats in the political establishment hold, so in addition to being considered the enemy by the Satanists, by the Bush/Clinton criminal Cabal, and by the New World Order crowd, he is certainly considered the enemy by the Democrats.  

Floyd’s death was not an arranged False Flag event, but a factor of Chauvin and Floyd knowing each other from part time work as guards. Floyd was large and strong, unlike Chauvin who was frail and frankly frightened. The intent was not murder but control, but the opportunity was not lost on the Democrats who are desperate for another volley at President Trump. It was not lost on the Q intel that they were cooking up riots to embarrass President Trump, and to force the continuation of the lockdown over the pandemic. The riots took place in Democrat territories, just as the continuing lockdowns are in Democrat territories, because the Democrats hope to force the 2020 election via mail-in ballots.



Why is Q hinting that the Insurrection Act of 1807 may be the basis of Counterinsurgency action on the part of the Trump Administration? This states that States be allowed to struggle with an insurrection, initially, with the Federal Government only stepping in when this has failed. Why the Q reference to the Counterinsurgency guideline that was in place during the Obama Administration from 2009-2017? Does this contain a recipe for success in foreign countries that the Democrats are now following within the US?

ZetaTalk Insight 6/30/2020: Why are former DOD Secretary General Mattis and DOD Secretary Esper publicly criticizing President Trump over his hints that he might use the Insurrection Act? There are two possibilities. One is that the riots charged by Antifa, newly declared a terrorist organization, are not enough to use this act. The second is that by invoking the Insurrection Act President Trump is assuming a position of control over the military, which is already in charge, and thus subsuming the Junta. The US is already under Martial Law, and does not need two military leaders, thus.

President Trump’s words - that he would step in if the states did not get control of the rioting - gave the appearance that President Trump was in charge, which he is not. He crossed the line. The Junta is reigning President Trump back in. For the Insurrection Act to be used, a state needs to be in anarchy, which none of them are. Why are some Democrat cities saying they plan to “defund the police”, meaning not provide money for salaries or equipment. The Tribunals have taken out the top leadership in the Democrat Party. Several levels down, there is poor coordination.

ZetaTalk Explanation 5/31/2020: Why do the Schumann Resonance charts go black? The equipment measuring the Resonance does not have the ability to record what it is being given. If a car has a speedometer up to 200 mph, but suddenly spurts up to 300 mph, what reading is recorded? ZetaTalk Explanation 5/31/2020: NASA stopped this High Definition feed from the ISS because it revealed too much. These orbs were captured only momentarily, when the ISS was approaching the sunlight side of Earth, and thus were illuminated by sunlight. Debris in the tail of Nibiru assaults the Earth regularly, but debris is not precisely round, as these orbs appear to be. Thus by the process of elimination we are left with the petrol bubbles, the Lomonosov bubbles, which also are found in the tail. ZetaTalk Explanation 5/31/2020: This legitimate crop circle design is clearly pointing to the upcoming Summer Solstice on June 20. Once again we delve into the claims that Covid-19 was genetically engineered. This time the claim comes from an Australian study that claims that Covid-19 can only infect humans. Have they not noted all the documented evidence?  Several Bronx Zoo big cats were found to carry the virus. And ferrets and pet dogs and cats have been infected. The Zetas have stated from the start that Covid-19 was not genetically engineered, but emerged from the blood and guts in the drains in the wet markets of Wuhan.

Five scientists who conducted the study discovered an unusual ability of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, as the pathogen behind COVID-19 is called, to easily infect humans. The authors found that SARS-CoV-2 infects the upper respiratory tracts of ferrets but is poorly transmissible between individuals. In cats, the virus replicated in the nose and throat and caused inflammatory pathology deeper in the respiratory tract, and airborne transmission did occur between pairs of cats. Dogs appeared not to support viral replication well and had low susceptibility to the virus, and pigs, chickens, and ducks were not susceptible to SARS-CoV-2.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 5/31/2020: We stated at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic that the virus was a natural emergence from the soup that the drains in the wet markets of Wuhan provided. Covid-19 was found to match 96% of its RNA to Chinese bats and match 99% of its genome sequences to virus found in the Pangolin and match its protein codes to snakes. All these animals are sold on the black market in China, and often openly in the wet markets. Covid-19 was found to contain HIV-1 inserts. That human handlers might have HIV could hardly be denied. The components were all there.

There is an unrelenting determination to blame the Covid-19 pandemic on a deliberate release of a man-made virus. Certainly Gates planned to selectively infect portions of mankind via an additive to a normal flu vaccine, but he and his plans were stopped. Then there are reports from respected scientists like Dr. Fauci reporting that the Wuhan lab was trying to develop an HIV vaccine and in the process were manipulating bat virus. As we have asserted, Patient Zero will never be found, as he is not in the Wuhan lab!  

But suspicions persist. Then there is the report from a Russian scientist that the Wuhan lab was manipulating the SARS virus. And the suspicion that the NIH’s Dr. Fauci was involved by providing a grant for these studies in Wuhan. Dr. Fauci only recently canceled the grants. And despite the Wuhan lab studies, Covid-19 did not escape from this lab, and Patient Zero will never be found.
