Dominican Republic
Mystery
The Dominican Republic is the 4th most popular vacation site
among Americans, so when tourists started dropping dead for no
apparent reason, alarms went off. It is not just the number of
people potentially in danger, but also the economic lifeblood of
the Dominican Republic. Will this kill tourism too? The deaths
seem to be associated with drinks from the mini-bars, and with
respiratory failure. The FBI was called in as the Dominican
Republic does not have toxicology labs to support the
investigation. As usual, the Zetas sort it out.

- The family of California native
Robert Wallace, 67, that he had died after visiting the
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Resort in Punta Cana. On
April 11, Wallace fell ill after having a Scotch from his
hotel room’s mini bar. According to the State Department,
last year 13 U.S. citizens died while traveling to the
Dominican Republic. The number was 17 in 2017. More than
2.7 million U.S. tourists visited the island in 2017,
making the island the fourth most popular travel
destination for Americans. Day and Holmes, a couple from
Maryland, were both found unresponsive in their rooms by
hotel staff the day they were scheduled to check out.
Dominican district attorney confirmed that all three all
three suffered respiratory failure and had fluid in their
lungs. Results from the FBI’s toxicology analysis might
take up to 30 days. Kaylynn Knull, 29, and her boyfriend
Tom Schwander, 33, said they were forced to cut their trip
short because they fell seriously ill during their stay at
the resort. When the couple returned home, still feeling
sick, a doctor told the couple they were likely exposed to
organophosphates, a chemical typically found in pesticide.

ZetaTalk Insight
6/30/2019: The
Dominican Republic is a hugely popular vacation destination
for Americans, so what is a tourist to do while they await the
FBI toxicology analysis? Heart attacks or heart failure is
implicated because of the respiratory failure. The Dominican
Republic does not have the facilities to do a toxicology test
on the bodies, and there seems to be no connection among those
suddenly stricken. Is it cheap bootleg booze in the mini-bars?
The deaths seemed to occur often just after a mini-bar drink.
Is it pesticides lingering in the rooms?
It is none of these
possibilities but another. In each of these instances where an
otherwise healthy individual is suddenly stricken, it has been
murder. The liquor in the mini-bars will be cleared. It is
glasses on the trays that are wiped along the lip line with
poison. The motive is theft, as the couples have been robbed
prior to death, and in the uproar over the medical emergency
no one is counting change. It is not uncommon for vacationers
to carry large amounts of cash and they don’t keep a log of
what was spent or what remains.
Straits of Hormuz
Mystery
Who is attacking oil tankers in the Straits of Hormuz? The
damage appears to be caused by mines attached to the sides of
the vessels, but these could have been attached while the vessel
was in port. There were US drones in the air prior to one of the
attacks, and the Japanese state the attack on their ship was
from a “flying object”. The damage in all cases was slight, and
due in part to the tankers being mostly empty, did not cause an
oil slick. Is this, as many suspect, a False Flag event to
incite war with Iran? Japan buys Iranian oil, and Abe was in
Iran at the time.
- Trump Administration Providing
‘False’ Information about Gulf of Oman Attack, says Japanese
Tanker Owner
June 14, 2019
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/trump-oman-gulf
- The owner of the Japanese tanker
said US reports have provided “false” information about
what happened in the Gulf of Oman. The ship operator said
“flying objects” that may have been bullets were the cause
of damage to the vessel, rather than mines used by Iranian
forces, as the US has suggested. Yutaka Katada, chief
executive of the Japanese company operating the ship
called Kokuka Courageous, one of two vessels attacked near
the Strait of Hormuz, said the damage could not have been
caused by mines or torpedos that are shot underwater,
since the damage was reportedly above the ship’s
waterline. “It seems that something flew towards them.
That created the hole, is the report I’ve received,” Mr
Katada said at a press conference in Tokyo.

Prior to Tanker Attack, US Official Says
June 15, 2019
https://www.cnn.com/2019/06/14/politics/us-drone-tracked-iranian-boats
- In the hours before the attack on
the two tankers in the Gulf of Oman, the Iranians spotted
a US drone flying overhead and launched a surface-to-air
missile at the unmanned aircraft. Prior to taking fire,
the American MQ-9 Reaper drone observed Iranian vessels
closing in on the tankers.
The US pronounced Iran the culprit, but past US practices are
haunting them, as they have been proven to use such incidents to
incite war. Thus suspicion runs deep among European
allies, and even in the American public. Among war hawks wanting
to start a war in the Middle East, war between the US and Iran
is the favored contest. Hard liners in Iran verbally call for
“Death to Israel”. Israel would love to see the US, as their
proxy, go to war with Iran. Which raises the question, is the
party planting mines on these oil tankers Israel or perhaps
Saudi Arabia?

near the strategic Strait of Hormuz this week show how one
of the world's crucial chokepoints for global energy
supplies can be easily targeted, 30 years after the U.S.
Navy and Iran were entangled in a similarly shadowy
conflict called the "Tanker War." So far, six oil tankers
have been damaged in suspected limpet mine attacks,
explosives that can be magnetically stuck to the side of a
ship. The first attack happened May 12 off the coast of
the Emirati port city of Fujairah and targeted four
tankers.

"during World War II, when Americans targeted their own

- Europeans Skeptical of Trump’s Claim
that Iran to Blame in Tanker Attack
June 15, 2019
https://www.foxnews.com/world/trump-says-oil-tankers-attack-iran
- President Trump’s claim that the
oil tanker attack near the Strait of Hormuz had “Iran
written all over it” was met with skepticism in Europe,
with Britain’s left-wing opposition leader Jeremy Corbyn
asking to see “credible evidence.” In the continental
Europe leaders are fearful that Washington may be
exaggerating international threats amid its long-standing
hawkish stance toward the regime. Germany urged caution
and asked for an investigation into the incident. The
European Union, meanwhile, stressed that the region
“doesn’t need further escalation, it doesn’t need further
destabilization, it doesn’t need further tension.”
Who would have motive to target oil tankers in the Straits?
Israel seems the prime suspect. Saudi Arabia too, as the Saudis
are Sunni Muslim where Iran is Shia, and they have longstanding
opposition to each other. Then there is the recent New
World Order effort to incite World War III, which showed its
hand during the Holy War attempt to
torch Notre Dame. And why would Iran cause chaos in the Straits
when this is the route by which they export their own oil.
- Hardliners, ‘False Flags’ and
Revenge: the Iranian Tanker Attack’s Narrative
June 15, 2019
https://www.jpost.com/Middle-East/Hardliners-false-flags-and-revenge
- The most common initial question
many asked was “who benefits.” The narrative notes that
Iran’s regime doesn’t appear to gain by attacking tankers
in the midst of the visit by Japanese Prime Minister
Shinzo Abe. If Iran did attack the tankers then it must be
a sub-set of the Iranian regime, or some rogue element. In
this narrative it is Iran’s so-called “hardliners,” that
are to blame. This includes the Islamic Revolutionary
Guard Corps, which the US has labelled a terrorist
organization. In this narrative the “moderates” in Tehran,
including Foreign Minister Javad Zarif, are trying to play
good cop.
- Why would Iran Attack two Tankers
near the Strait of Hormuz?
June 14, 2019
https://www.militarytimes.com/flashpoints/2019/06/13/why-would-iran-attack
- Was the attack carried out by
Iran, or other Gulf States seeking to sow conflict ? or
did the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps operate outside
of Tehran’s directives to further its own agenda? The crew
of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile Bainbridge
reported seeing an unexploded limpet mine on the side of
one of the tankers. A limpet mine was believed to be the
cause of an attack on four tankers in May off the coast of
the United Arab Emirates, which the U.S. pinned on Iran.
And both Iran and the U.S. claimed to have rescued sailors
of the damaged tankers. It’s still unknown by what means
the ships were attacked. The former CENTCOM official said
it could have been a mine or something that was put on the
vessels at the last port and triggered later.
Certainly Iran has their version of the Deep State plaguing
the US. Their Revolutionary Guard is notorious. But what would
be the motive? Do they want war between Iran and the US? Iran is
being accused, but perhaps Iran was trying to remove the
unexploded mine to prevent damage to the Japan tanker, or
determine who the perp was. They rescued the Norwegian crew too.
Ben Fulford suspects a financial motive, to force the futures
market into favorable territory. And Iran points to CIA
mischief. Will the Zetas please sort this all out?

ZetaTalk Insight
6/30/2019: For
all the speculation on who the culprit is that attacked empty
oil tankers in the Straits of Hormuz, the guilty party has not
even been mentioned or, apparently, suspected. It is certainly
not Iran, who tried to assist the Norwegian crew and removed a
dud mine from the side of the Japanese tanker to prevent it
from exploding and doing further damage. The Israelis are
likewise innocent despite their vocal animosity to Iran and
attempts to get the US to go to war for them against Iran. The
Saudis likewise were not the perpetrators, though they are
Sunni where Iran is Shia and these sects have sustained an
ancient battle for dominance in Islam.
The mines were placed on the
tankers in port, where anyone could have access. In that some
exploded below the water line, and others exploded above where
a full tanker would have dropped the heavy boat more deeply
into the water, it was not US drones or any missiles or
torpedoes that caused the damage. The attack was against
traffic in the Gulf, as the broad range of victims covered
many nationalities – Japan, Norway, Saudi Arabia twice, United
Arab Emirates, and the Marshall Islands – but primarily the
victims were Arab oil producing states.
What would be the outcome of
reduced traffic through the Straits of Hormuz? Iran would be
forced to pipe overland, a huge infrastructure effort. Qatar
and the United Arab Emirates would have no immediate
alternative. Iraq and Saudi Arabia both have overland pipeline
options. Turkey and ISIS
have partnered in the past, on profits from oil
exports from Syria. Erdogan and his son brokered oil for
ISIS, trucked into Turkey from Syria, and hope their business
will bloom once again as their overland pipeline is fully
operational.
Argentina Power
Outage
A massive power outage affecting all of Argentina, all of
Uruguary and Paraguay, and portions of southern Brazil and Chile
struck in the early morning hours on June 16. It was a failure
in the “interconnection system” of the Yacyreta dam on the Rio
Uruguay, with a power surge implied. This means yet another EMP
incident in this region, like the Itaipu Dam in 2009. The S
American roll is in process, and rock layers under stretch emit
electronic screech, which attracts EMP. The Zetas confirm.

June 17, 2019

- The blackout was prompted by a
failure in an electrical grid that serves both Argentina

unclear. The distribution of drinking water had been
affected by the outage.

Inter-American Development Bank — the dam has so far cost
$10 billion.

6/30/2019: As
we have repeatedly stated, and as the Earth changes in S
America have repeatedly shown, the S American roll is pulling
the eastern side of S America into a bow. This will eventually
widen the bay at Buenos Aires
but at the current time is stretching the land in that region
so that river bottoms are almost perpetually in an electronic
screech. River bottoms are weak points in the crust, thus the
crust sags there and allow water to pool. But until Nibiru is
admitted, officially, poor construction will be blamed for all
these failures.
In 2009 the Itaipu dam on the
Argentina/Paraguay border had an EMP
incident which was admitted by the Brazilian Energy
Minister, who stated the failure was caused by an “atmospheric
phenomena”. The Minas Gerais region has recently had
earthen dam failures due to the stretch. Now we have another
EMP incident at the Yacyreta Dam in which the officials state
the interconnection point at the dam was “getting too much
power”, which is shorthand for an EMP, a pulse.
