The Federal Government must foster sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective approaches to improving the Nation’s resilience to the effects of EMPs. A geomagnetic disturbance (GMD) is a type of natural EMP driven by a temporary disturbance of Earth’s magnetic field resulting from interactions with solar eruptions. The Secretary of Defense shall provide timely operational observations, analyses, forecasts, and other products for naturally occurring EMPs.

ZetaTalk Insight 3/31/2019: EMP from Nibiru has been bringing down planes since 2009 when AF 447 went into the Atlantic with total electrical failure, as documented by its ACARS messages. To protect the airline industries, human society went on as though this could be ignored. More planes went down, killing passengers by the hundreds, while corporate profit prevented the public from learning the truth. By October, 2018 even the stealth bomber had to quickly glide to Earth due to an EMP attack. Why has this issue just become an emergency? Why now?

During just this past month of March, Nancy’s newsletters have reported on the Lomonosov explosions caused by the petrol in the tail of Nibiru hitting the edge of the upper atmosphere, the Boeing 737 Max 8s being grounded worldwide due to an EMP vulnerability in its sensors, and an unexpected bolide explosion equivalent to 10 Hiroshima bombs over the Bering Straits. Where President Trump and his Junta are not yet ready to inform the US public about the approach of Nibiru, they anticipate this will be undeniable by 2021. Thus the tight timeline for EMP defense.

What does it mean when virtually within days of each other, two great world powers – the US and Russia - take steps to ensure their county can survive an electronic catastrophe? Neither the US nor Russia mention Nibiru, but both are marching to the same calendar. Last December Russia proposed a new law requiring the country to be Internet independent. Tests to ensure they can function in this manner were to take place before April 1, 2019. Then suddenly President Trump issued his new Executive Order to protect the US against EMP, also on a tight time frame.

ZetaTalk Insight 3/31/2019: What is the significance of the nexus, that both these great powers are taking public steps to prepare for an electronic catastrophe at the same time? They are both watching the progress of Nibiru as it heads outbound from the Sun, preparing for the passage of the hapless Earth trapped in the eddy flow of solar particles coming around Nibiru on both sides. The Nibiru complex is visible, naked eye, to the public. The Earth wobble is extreme and obvious to anyone noting the placement of the Sun during the day. Russia and the US can no longer hold back to avoid alarming the public. They must act.

Russian authorities and major internet providers are planning to disconnect the country from the internet as part of a planned experiment. The reason for the experiment is to gather insight and provide feedback and modifications to a proposed law introduced in the Russian Parliament in December 2018. A first draft of the law mandated that Russian internet providers should ensure the independence of the Russian internet space (Runet) in the case of foreign aggression to disconnect the country from the rest of the internet. A date for the test has not been revealed, but it's supposed to take place before April 1, the deadline for submitting amendments to the law - known as the Digital Economy National Program.

The measures outlined in the law include Russia building its own version of the net's address system, known as DNS, so it can operate if links to these internationally-located servers are cut. Currently, 12 organizations oversee the root servers for DNS and none of them are in Russia. However many copies of the net's core address book do already exist inside Russia suggesting its net systems could keep working even if punitive action was taken to cut it off. The test is also expected to involve ISPs demonstrating that they can direct data to government-controlled routing points. These will filter traffic so that data sent between Russians reaches its destination, but any destined for foreign computers is discarded.

ZetaTalk Insight 3/31/2019: Though phrased as protection from foreign interference, this new Russian law is to ensure that Russia can function, unabated, in case the Internet falters as a result of electrical and infrastructure failures elsewhere around the world. The Internet was built to be able to bypass any outage by going to other servers attached to the Internet. By using this great web of Internet servers, any packet could arrive at its destination, eventually. But what if all roads were cut off, all routes disconnected?

The Pole Shift, or a series of catastrophes during the weeks and months ahead of the Pole Shift, could present such a scenario. The Russians are technologically accomplished, the first to put a satellite into space and at present providing the only route to the ISS. Where they will have flooding in the lowlands near Europe, they have a superb setting in their Far East, which will enjoy high lands and good climate. The US likewise will suffer flooding but also will have high lands, and are also technologically accomplished.

Mueller Report

The much anticipated Mueller Report was finally transferred from Special Council Mueller to Attorney General Barr, with a summary released a few days later. More will be forthcoming after the massive report is scanned for any Grand Jury material which by law cannot be released. Any investigation of peripheral matters still ongoing would also be redacted, as is normal law enforcement procedure. But the conclusion was provided – no collusion by President Trump or his campaign, and no obstruction of justice.

It was commissioned by the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democrats, then peddled all over Washington to journalists, the FBI, the State Department and the Department of Justice. Along the way, the FBI obtained a wiretap warrant on a Trump campaign associate, Carter Page, by concealing vital evidence to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) and deceiving the judges. No one, as yet, has been held accountable for any of that. The last time I checked, perpetrating a fraud on a court is a felony. Several of them, in fact. Oh, and undercover informants were dispatched by the FBI to infiltrate the Trump campaign.

ZetaTalk Insight 3/31/2019: The Mueller Report has been released and is a shock to the Hillary Cabal and the Democratic Party, who were assured, privately, that the outcome would be different.  Neither Mueller or Rosenstein are Trump supporters, but were restrained by changes in the DOJ. Mueller has not been in charge of his investigation since Whitaker took over, and the timing of Sessions leaving was worked out well ahead of time by he and Trump and Whitaker. Rosenstein then began to sit on the fence, to save his job and pension, so held Mueller back.

Mueller wanted to go after the Trump family but none of this related to his mission statement. He was reined in by Whitaker, forced to adhere to his original mandate. Manafort and others got harsh treatment because Mueller was trying to squeeze them. In the end Manafort will be pardoned, and Flynn will not be sentenced to anything. Q has implied that General Flynn pled guilty in order to get information on the real criminals written into the record. This is correct, and though Sessions recused himself from the Russian Collusion investigation, he and Huber could run with these other findings.



As was clear from the information already known about the Steele Dossier, the Hillary Cabal had the FBI and DOJ packed with willing puppets, who broke the law repeatedly to go after Trump. Not finding felonies, they tried to frame him, or enrage him so he would fire Mueller and be impeachable as a result. Why have there been delays on prosecution of the guilty? Obama, who was blackmailed due to his being gay and Michelle a tranny, pardoned many before leaving office. But treason is a military matter so prosecution of McCain and Hillary for treason, enabling terrorism, have already occurred. They were thus both seen with House Arrest boots.

Why did the Mueller Report take so long? And why has Trump’s order to declassify documents seemingly stalled? Until Mueller closed out his investigation, his open investigation had tentacles in hundreds of other investigations, and thus these other investigations were kept open as a result. Tens of thousands of sealed indictments are not yet resolved.  Mueller was forced, by AG Barr, to complete.  Now the new DOJ and FBI can move forward with the cleanup.

Will the fallout from the Mueller investigation impact Trump and his campaign? Mueller was not planning any more indictments, and transferred extraneous findings to the Southern District of New York. Should Trump worry? Apparently, it seems the Democrats need to worry! If Manafort was briefly associated with the Trump campaign, Greg Craig, a former White House counsel to Obama, had a similar criminal history. Despite the loud protestations of Adam Schiff, Hillary and the Podesta brothers and FISA abuses and the origins of the Steele Dossier have not yet been prosecuted.

Federal prosecutors are close to bringing charges against Greg Craig, a prominent Democratic lawyer and former White House counsel in the Obama administration, in a case that originated with special counsel Robert Mueller. Craig initially came into the crosshairs of federal prosecutors in mid-2017, during the investigation by Mueller. Craig was interviewed twice by the special counsel team - once in the fall of 2017 and a second time in March 2018. His case was being transferred to the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.

New Madrid Foreboding

UFO displays are often nebulous, a few bright lights dancing in the sky, but a recent UFO display over Egypt was compelling and rather obvious. It depicts wave action, the usual wave action where wave after wave moves to shore. Then the waves combine into one large wave, likewise moving toward shore. In that Egypt is on the Mediterranean, close to the African Plate border running down the middle of the Mediterranean, what could this mean? The Zetas explain.



ZetaTalk Insight 3/31/2019: We have predicted that a European tsunami will occur when the N American continent experiences its New Madrid adjustments. These adjustments will be a series of quakes along the New Madrid Fault Line and its related fault lines, but there will be a massive quake in finality. It is that quake that will cause the N American Plate to adjust such that the plate border in the mid-Atlantic tears open, allowing the water to pour into the crevasse and rebound toward Europe. Even though the 7 of 10 plate movements have been softened by the humming boxes, there will still be some tsunami action.

How does this affect the African Roll? The tear in the mid-Atlantic also detaches the African Plate’s connection to the N American Plate, thus freeing the African Plate to roll. The Mediterranean will slosh, with waves generated from the Atlantic as well as waves from adjustments along the African Plate’s border running through the Mediterranean. This UFO display, captured by an Egyptian photographer, shows this process. First there are regular waves, then these build to a single large wave – a tsunami.

Are there signs that the New Madrid adjustment is starting? The Zetas predicted a series of quakes, building to a final large quake that would rip bridges crossing the Mississippi. The snapping bridge on I-35 at the headwaters of the Mississippi River in 2007 was an example of what can be expected. Bridges were not built to withstand torque pressure. Just last February of this year Earth moans were recorded along the path of the New Madrid fault line in Justice, Illinois and East Louisville, Kentucky. These are both areas expected to be affected by a New Madrid adjustment.



ZetaTalk Prediction 8/26/2006: What does this do to the N. American plate? It pulls it at a diagonal, ripping the rock fingers along the New Madrid fault such that the land to the East of the Mississippi moves up and to the East, toward New England, and the land to the West of the Mississippi moves down and to the West. This does more than tear most of the bridges along the Mississippi.

ZetaTalk Prediction 3/12/2011: The bow will become more stressed, cracking rock inland from San Diego all the way to the Mississippi, and forcing adjustments north and south of this point too, from the Aleutian Islands to the tip of Mexico. Sinkholes and crevasses will proliferate throughout the US in her stretch zones, in a swath that ranges from the New England states south to the tip of Florida and all points west. This is a large bow. The New Madrid adjustment will thus not sneak up on you, but will be well announced.

Petrol fuel in the US is moved from the refineries near Houston and the Gulf to the populous East Coast via pipelines that cross the Mississippi. When the Mississippi bridges snap, these fuel lines will snap, spilling their contents.

Earthquakes along the New Madrid fault line and its sister fault up along the East Coast have been on the increase. Quakes at the tip and top of the N American continent, in Mexico in 2017 and in collapsed bridges in Alaska last December 2018 show the stress on the continent, which is being pulled into a bow. The Mexico quake was felt in Vladivostok, 7046 miles away.

The question is not if a massive earthquake will hit more than a half dozen states that border the Mississippi River, but rather when it will happen. Today the zone threatens Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee.

 

Part of the 7 of 10 predictions laid out by the Zetas in 2010 was the European Tsunami, a result of the final New Madrid adjustment, the big rip. This would shift the N American continent to the extent that the N American Plate would tear in the central Atlantic, creating a void that would fill with ocean water that would rebound toward Europe. Where the humming boxes temporarily installed by the Council of Worlds softened the impact of the 7 of 10 plate movements, a tsunami is still expected to occur.

ZetaTalk Prediction 10/16/2010: The sequence of events is, thus: a tipping Indo-Australia Plate with Indonesia sinking, a folding Pacific allowing S America to roll, a tearing of the south Atlantic Rift allowing Africa to roll and the floor of the Mediterranean to drop, great quakes in Japan followed by the New Madrid adjustment, which is followed almost instantly by the tearing of the north Atlantic Rift with consequent European tsunami.
 


ZetaTalk Prediction 12/18/2010: We have stated that the Atlantic Gulf Stream will carry the tsunami primarily against the coast of the UK, so the major rip point would occur slightly south of the UK in the center of the Atlantic. The top of the rip will be west of Paris. The rip will primarily occur where the hot spots along the Atlantic Rift indicate weakness in the crust.
